Main responsibilities: • Development and implementation of the holding company's financial strategy. **• Organization of budgeting and financial planning. ** **• Control of cash flows, liquidity, and financial stability. ** **• Preparation and analysis of management and financial reports. ** • Management of tax and financial risks. **• Interaction with banks, investors, and auditors. ** • Evaluation of investment projects and control of investment efficiency. • Leadership of the financial departments of the group of companies.
