AI Project Lead

Vacancy: AI Project Lead. Remote work is possible (but within the Russian Federation) or office/hybrid in Moscow.

We are expanding our T1 AI project office again and are looking for strong project leads for the team 🚀 New projects in generative AI and corporate AI agents are launching — both within the Holding and for external enterprise customers.

For us, it’s not just about a "process PM", but a person who can: — manage the project and the team, — build relationships with the client, — defend the project's interests, — manage expectations and changes, — plan the team's work and control delivery, — track progress in task trackers, — understand the IT production process and release cycle.

Experience with AI projects or a good understanding of the specifics of implementing AI systems is a separate plus: LLM, RAG, data pipelines, production implementations, AI limitations and risks.
