Responsibilities:

• Overall coordination of the fashion department's work
• Maintaining uninterrupted communication between the editorial office and press offices and representatives of partner companies
• Ordering items for shoots from stores and showrooms in Russia and abroad, monitoring their timely return
• Maintaining and regularly updating the database of partner companies, stores, and other organizations
• Preparing captions for fashion shoots
• Managing financial documentation and processing reports

• Office in Moscow, the nature of the work involves periodic trips to various locations in central Moscow (m. Paveletskaya/m. Proletarskaya)

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of English
• Developed organizational skills, ability to organize work with a large volume of information and documentation
