Your tasks:

• Assisting company owners: organizing meetings, negotiations (including international ones)
• Managing executives' calendars, reminding about important events, fulfilling owners' requests.
• Handling business correspondence and phone calls
• Preparing reports and analytical data, business documentation
• Ensuring information confidentiality
• Office manager and administrator functions (ordering supplies, couriers, tea/coffee)

Our expectations:

• Experience as a personal assistant or with similar functions for at least 2 years

• Higher education

• Fluent oral and written communication, friendliness, tact, preferably knowledge of business etiquette and basic communication psychology

• Organized, attentive to detail, initiative, ability to solve problems and find effective solutions

• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Willingness to undergo a final polygraph interview (high security requirements)

Conditions and benefits:

• Beautiful modern VIP office at Gogolevsky Boulevard, 11. The company has several offices in Moscow; this one only has owners and top managers. All other employees (back office) are in other offices. Total staff — over 100 people.
• Working hours in the office from 10:00-19:00 or from 12:00-22:00 in shifts with a colleague. If there are delays (not often) — taxi is paid after 22:00.
• Employment as a full-time employee after the probation period, according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
• Company mobile phone, compensation of 2000 rubles per month, VHI after probation period completion.
