A second Assistant is sought for a private shareholder office to work closely with the business assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Calendar and meeting coordination
- Travel support and trip organization
- Communication with contractors and partners
- Administrative and organizational support
- Assisting the first assistant and participating in special projects
- Personal and business tasks within the family office scope

Will be an advantage:
- Experience as an assistant to business owners, or CEO/CEO-1 level executives
- English language proficiency (not lower than B2, willingness to use orally and in writing for task completion)
- Experience in travel support and working with high-level management
