Seeking a Family Office Manager
Main task: operational management of the Family Office, solving a complex set of tasks for the full support of the business owner's (UHNWI) life and their family members.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the administrative and household service staff;
- Personnel management: team building, interaction with providers, recruitment of household staff (governesses, drivers, gardeners, cooks, etc.);
- Organization of turnkey family and private events with the involvement of contractors;
- Organization of medical support for family members in the Russian Federation and abroad, travel support, organization of private trips for the family;
- Organization of the educational process for children - selection of tutors, scheduling of classes;
- Maintaining financial records, cost control (bill payments, mobile communication, monthly mandatory payments);
- Fulfilling personal requests of the principal.
Requirements:
- Similar experience supporting a principal is mandatory; This position involves solving tasks NOT related to business.
- Higher education.
- English - advanced;
- Readiness for non-standard working hours, being available 24/7 by phone;
- Correct handling of confidential information;
- Ability to work in a multitasking mode,
- Managerial and organizational skills. Ability to set tasks and control their execution, as well as solve tasks personally, without involving employees.
- Personal competencies – communication skills, high emotional intelligence, stress resistance, high speed of decision-making and responsibility for them, self-organization, and reliability.
- Personal car
Conditions:
- Salary from 1,000,000 rubles (depending on work experience and management competencies) + annual bonus (Discussed individually with each candidate).
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Hybrid schedule. There is a workplace - a residence on Novorizhskoye Highway.
