People Operations Lead

📍 Location: Amsterdam 💼 Format: full-time, hybrid 🌍 Miro — a global collaboration platform and innovation workspace used by over 100M users and 250,000 companies worldwide.

What you’ll do: — Support employees with HR programs and benefits inquiries — Ensure compliance in the Netherlands and monitor changes in labor laws — Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, job changes, leaves, offboarding — Work with the payroll team and HR systems — Administer employee benefits programs — Implement AI, automation, and service delivery technologies — Participate in cross-functional projects and improve People Operations processes

What we expect: — 4+ years of experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery — Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Netherlands — Fluent English and Dutch — Experience with AI, automation, or service delivery technologies — Experience with Workday and systems (e.g., Jira) — Ability to combine operational tasks and projects — Excellent communication and collaboration skills — Experience with HSM permit extensions and visa processes will be a plus
