Position: Head of User Acquisition (POLAND) Company: Appercut Work format: full-time Salary: $4.500 – 6.000 gross

We are looking for a Head of User Acquisition — a role for a performance-first growth leader who will take ownership of Appercut's entire performance direction.

Key tasks:

• Achievement of UA business metrics
• Channel strategy and efficiency: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat
• Management and scaling of the UA team
• Building an operational model and performance standards
• Frameworks for testing creatives/funnels and scaling traffic
• Building from scratch a traffic acquisition automation system
• Deep analytics: from marketing metrics to unit economics and LTV
• Collaboration with creative and growth teams
• Market, competitor, and new growth points analysis

Who we are looking for:

• 5+ years in UA / Performance Marketing
• Budgets from $1.5 million/month
• Experience in managing and developing a UA team (hiring, processes, development)
• Building UA frameworks and operational processes
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads
• Experience in acquiring on web-funnels for subscription-based B2C digital products
• Data-driven approach and systems thinking
