⚡️Affiliate Manager⚡️

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to build new partnerships and scale presence across multiple markets in the iGaming vertical. This role is a strong fit for someone comfortable with both the commercial side (negotiation, deals) and the technical side (tracking, performance) 🚀

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (Relocation support provided)

➡️ Responsibilities:

• Source and launch new affiliate partners (CPA, RevShare, hybrid) — full cycle from outreach to active traffic
• Monitor campaigns daily, analyse traffic quality, and optimise ROI
• Manage and grow existing partners: budgets, commissions, payouts
• Collaborate with design, product, and dev teams to improve acquisition strategies
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events
• Create and manage newsletters and promo materials for affiliates

➡️ Requirements:

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience in iGaming / gambling
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
• Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust)
• Understanding of mobile and web tracking
• Strong negotiation skills and data-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• English — fluent (Ukrainian/Russian is a plus)
