The Real Estate Finance Department of the Credit Department of VTB invites Interns to participate in the VTB Junior program.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the implementation of projects in the field of residential construction based on project financing using escrow accounts
- Analysis and construction of financial models, valuation
- Valuation of the largest business, warehouse, retail, and data center facilities across the country
- Analysis of real estate investment projects in Russia and abroad
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's program 2025-2027 or Specialist/Master's program 2025-2027
- Work experience/internships in real estate finance
- Skill in building, reading, and analyzing financial models
- Knowledge of corporate finance and business valuation
- Knowledge of accounting
- Ability to work with a large volume of information, analytical skills
- Communication skills, ability to quickly perceive and assimilate new information
Conditions:
