Responsibilities:**

• Monitoring legislation regulating the banking sector and implementing requirements into processes within the Directorate's scope of responsibility: authorization and servicing of loan, factoring, deposit, and documentary transactions for legal entities (sole proprietors), servicing of retail business transactions.
• Interaction with employees of Departments/Directorates: Corporate Investment Bank, Medium Business, Small and Micro Business, Retail Business, Transactional Business, Financial and Legal Departments, Treasury, Accounting and Reporting Directorates, Taxation Directorates, Process and Analytics Directorates, Technological Development Directorates, others.
• Participation in the development and approval of regulatory documents for business processes.
• Administration and moderation of the Directorate's professional community, populating the Knowledge Base.
• Preparation of materials for certification and control of results.
• Development of career models, knowledge, and skill matrices for Directorate employees.
• Methodological support for relevant departments, including regional ones.
• Analysis of reports from DVК/UVA, based on the results of Directorate process checks, development of Action Plans.
• Interaction with the Directorate's risk champion to ensure the implementation of measures for identified operational risks.
• Participation in the implementation of concepts/ensuring the execution of strategic development programs, including IT development projects.
• Identification of needs for software refinement, initiating tasks for forming a backlog of software refinements, task prioritization.
• Identification of needs, development of proposals for adjustments to processes performed by DSCTS.
• Participation and provision of expertise in bank-wide projects.
• Analysis of the operational workload of Directorate employees.
• Methodological support for document flow processes and interaction with government bodies and clients.
• Fulfillment of the Management's goals and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Work experience in the specialty: 1-3 years
• Professional knowledge and skills: Knowledge of banking accounting, laws and codes regulating the credit and guarantee business, regulatory standards and regulations.
