Company: Weltrade Format: Remote Position: Performance Marketing Manager

Weltrade is an international FinTech company with almost 20 years of history in the online trading and Forex market. The team is now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help scale customer acquisition in global markets through a data-driven approach, automation, and AI tools.

Tasks

• Manage and scale advertising campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels
• Search and test new traffic sources
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and work with CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and cohorts
• Work with attribution and improve the quality of marketing data
• Launch and test new hypotheses for growth
• Implement automation and AI tools in marketing processes
• Improve unit economics and customer acquisition efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Mandatory experience with FinTech products (Forex, Trading, Crypto, Payments, or related areas)
• Practical experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Understanding of attribution, funnels, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and cohort analysis
• Experience with marketing automation
• Practical use of AI tools in work
• English for working with an international team

Will be a plus

• Python, SQL, BI tools, appsFlyer, Adjust
• Experience in building AI-driven workflows and automating marketing processes
