Boiler Lab is looking for a Product Manager for Overchat AI.

Overchat AI is a product that combines modern AI models for working with text, images, and video in a single interface on Web, iOS, and Android. In its first year, the product grew from scratch to 400,000 active users per month.

Now we are looking for someone who will take charge of the growth of key product metrics and revenue.

🔸What we expect from you: – At least 3 years of experience in product roles, preferably in B2C products with subscriptions or in-app purchases – Case studies with specific numbers: which metric was targeted, to what value it was brought, which decisions worked, and which didn't – Ability to work independently with data: SQL or product analytics – Understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, cohort payback

🔸Desirable: – Experience with AI products or SaaS – Experience with retention mechanics and monetization – Experience in startups and international teams

🔸What you will be doing: – Be responsible for retention and revenue: D7/D30 retention, payment conversion, and churn of paying users – Analyze funnels, cohorts, and session recordings, conduct customer development interviews, and identify user drop-off points – Launch new features and track their impact on key product metrics – Improve onboarding, paywall, TTV, trigger communications, and user reactivation scenarios – Formulate and test product hypotheses: define expected impact in numbers, timelines, and success criteria before starting
