We are looking for:

1. AI Strategy Expert, requirements:

• Confident Python proficiency.
• Experience in developing backend, data, or ML services.
• Practical experience with LLMs or other AI models.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, asynchronous processing, and integration patterns.
• Ability to write maintainable code, use Git, Docker, and automated tests.
• Understanding the limitations of generative models: hallucinations, non-determinism, latency, data security, and prompt injection.

Will be a plus: Experience in industrial operation of LLM or ML services. Practical experience with RAG, agentic workflows, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestrators. Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture. Experience with vLLM, TGI, Triton, or other inference servers. Knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps, tracing, model registry, and evaluation processes. Experience developing solutions for fintech, e-commerce, or corporate automation. Experience with OCR, VLM, voice interfaces, or document processing.
