Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation.
- Product development experience: Proven experience in developing digital products with a confirmed track record: growth in key metrics and improvement of customer experience. You can explain the solutions that led to these results.
- Understanding of the financial domain: You understand basic market tools and mechanics: you can distinguish OFZ from VDO, futures from options, deposits from loans. You quickly navigate investment products and user scenarios around them.
- Experience with GenAI products: Practical experience in creating and developing products using GenAI (dialogue interfaces preferred): you understand model limitations, typical UX issues, and can transform model capabilities into real user scenarios.
- Understanding of the AI landscape and tools: You are familiar with the current state of the AI industry and actively use AI tools in your work.
- Hands-on ability: You don't just assign tasks: you can analyze data yourself, calculate metrics, analyze user behavior, test hypotheses, or build prototypes. You work directly with the product — from analyzing user requests and datasets to interpreting A/B test results and making decisions based on them.
- Genuine interest in the AI field.
- High agency: You take initiative within your area of responsibility, bring tasks to completion, and maintain focus on user value and metrics.
- Ability to work with uncertainty: You are comfortable working with incomplete information: you formulate hypotheses, test them, and gradually refine the product's development direction.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the development of FinGPT: Keep key user scenarios in focus, understand where the product breaks for the user, which improvements will yield the greatest effect, and bring these changes to release. Dive deep into the product, data, user feedback, and technical limitations to make strong product decisions.
- Gather and synthesize requirements: Work with a wide range of stakeholders. Transform disparate requests, constraints, and insights into a clear set of product priorities and decisions that the team can confidently move forward with.
- Manage backlog and delivery: Decompose product initiatives into specific tasks, form and maintain a prioritized backlog, ensure clarity of requirements for the team, and manage tasks to completion. Work closely with the team lead, DS, AI engineers, QA, frontend, designer, and MLOps to ensure changes are released on time and with quality.
