MTS Bank is one of the key areas of the MTS ecosystem.
We use modern digital solutions and develop technological banking services accessible to everyone.
Our teams are improving fintech products for B2B and B2C. They build websites using TypeScript + React + Next.js with SSR. And implement projects in a Kubernetes environment to ensure reliability for millions of MTS Bank clients.
You will be:
- developing and maintaining DAGs in Apache Airflow
- working with scoring (calculating customer collection strategies)
- programming in Python (the primary language)
- optimizing queries and working with Oracle (SQL, stored procedures)
- supporting and maintaining deployed DAGs
- participating in the development and application of models (machine learning, customer segmentation)
- conducting code reviews
- independently conducting analytics (there are no system analysts in the team)
What is important to us:
- Python – confident commercial programming experience
- Airflow – DAG creation, work experience
- Oracle – SQL at the query optimization level, stored procedures
- Linux – basic skills (build an image, solve a task without DevOps)
- Kubernetes – work experience (mentioned)
- Middle: ~2–3 years of commercial Python development
- relevant Airflow experience – preferably 2–3 years
- experience specifically in optimizing Oracle queries, not just writing simple queries
