IT & Digital Recruiter

We are CreateIT, a recruitment agency specializing in filling IT and Digital vacancies. We are currently expanding and looking for a friendly and energetic recruiter to become a valuable member of our team :)

Your tasks in our team:

• Active search and selection of IT&Digital specialists, primarily through LinkedIn.
• Accompanying candidates at all stages of recruitment.
• Regular interaction with managers involved in interviews and decision-making.
• Searching for new channels to post vacancies and actively utilizing existing sourcing channels.
• Timely reporting and maintaining the candidate database in the ATS.

💡 This position is open to recruiters located outside of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. 99% of the work is done through LinkedIn, so it is important that you have experience in active sourcing in international markets.

It would be great if you:

• Have experience in IT and Digital recruitment for at least six months (international hiring would be a plus).
• Know what development tools exist.
• Are familiar with modern methods and techniques for recruiting IT and Digital personnel.
• Can manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Possess English language skills at the B2+ level (this will be a big plus).
• Know how to work not only with hh.ru but also with other platforms (especially LinkedIn).
