IT Recruiter
The Smartbrain.io team is looking for a junior recruiter. For over 15 years, we have been organizing and managing the work of remote employees in the B2B segment. We are ready to train you on recruitment tools and help you improve your skills in a fully remote work format.
Main Tasks:
- Work with current company positions, search for relevant specialists for various roles (IT, engineering).
- Select optimal sources and actively source specialists using all possible search channels and tools (Linkedin, Telegram, HH, Habr, X-Ray, Boolean, etc.).
- Conduct interviews with specialists in Russian and English.
- Post job descriptions on job search websites and process applications.
- Maintain and develop a catalog of specialists.
Requirements and Skills:
- Fluent spoken and written Russian.
- Experience working with Zoom, Google Meet, and calendars.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information, ability to prioritize for multitasking.
- Communication skills, ability to communicate and build long-term relationships is important.
- Ability to quickly absorb a large amount of information, attention to detail.
- Understanding of the IT sphere specifics (able to distinguish between backend / frontend).
- English language proficiency not lower than B2 (useful for conducting candidate interviews).
- Work experience as a sourcer / recruiter / recruitment specialist for at least six months or successfully completed courses in these areas.
