About the role

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Vietnam to lead fast-paced hiring for outstaff/ outsourcing engineering projects globally (with a focus on APAC).

This is a client-facing role: you will own communication with hiring managers, clarify requirements, drive feedback loops, and ensure predictable delivery of qualified engineers.

What you will do

• Run high-volume sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, other APAC channels.
• Manage 5–8 roles with predictable weekly output.
• Deliver qualified profiles and maintain talent pools for recurring roles.
• Deeply screen candidates to filter out low-quality or mismatched profiles.
• Lead intake calls, clarify requirements, present shortlists, and drive fast feedback loops.
• Identify and eliminate hiring bottlenecks; recommend APAC-specific sourcing channels.
• Work toward clear metrics (time to first CV, time to fill, weekly CV targets).
• Maintain clean, structured ATS data.

What we expect

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years in IT recruitment.
• Experience in outstaff/outsourcing models or recruitment agencies is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of engineering roles and proven experience hiring software engineers across multiple tech stacks.
• Strong sourcing expertise: Boolean, X-ray, social networks, local job boards.
• Proven ability to able to maintain fast candidate delivery cycles.
• Excellent English (client-facing communication required).
• Ownership mindset: proactive, structured, and accountable for results.
