Work Format

Schedule: from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (negotiable shift schedule, the main thing is a stable night shift presence).

Format: remote, employment as self-employed (NPD).

Income: 30,000–50,000 ₽ per month (fixed salary + bonuses for accuracy and volume of completed tasks).

Responsibilities

Work with internal software: set tasks for video uploads, track statuses, respond to errors.

If necessary — manual upload and basic processing of video clips according to a checklist.

Monitor results: observe how uploaded videos perform (views, basic metrics), and adjust actions according to instructions if something goes wrong.

Analyze trends in video content (what's currently trending), select successful examples, and, if necessary, help prepare content for publication (selection, editing, description according to template).

Check the correctness of operations, participate in testing new hypotheses (what works best for views).

Respond to simple inquiries during night hours and transfer complex issues to the day team.

Maintain a brief shift report: what was done, how many videos were uploaded, what problems and results occurred.

What We Expect

Confident basic computer skills and internet services.

Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to work according to instructions and checklists.

Interest in video content and readiness to look at the numbers (views, dynamics), and draw simple conclusions from them.

Readiness to consistently work night shifts and be available.

Desire to learn and ask questions, rather than "disappearing" if something goes wrong.

Will be a plus, but not required:

Experience with video platforms (YouTube, RuTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).

Experience in technical support, moderation, content management, or working night shifts.

Basic content preparation experience: selecting videos, editing, uploading, writing descriptions according to a template.
