(❗️IGaming) We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to build and scale a full-fledged marketing system for an iGaming operator in Tier 1 regulated markets! If you are a strategic hands-on leader who can build the entire cycle from acquisition → retention → monetization, form a team from scratch, and directly impact business revenue – this role is for you.

📌 Key Responsibilities: Acquisition & Growth — Develop and implement an acquisition strategy for Tier 1 (volume, quality, CAC) — Build an Affiliate program from scratch: partners, processes, KPIs — Manage paid traffic (Google, Meta, display) considering compliance — Scale Media Buying and optimize funnels — Develop SEO and partnerships (platforms, influencers, ecosystems) — Implement AI/automation and diversify channels Retention & Lifecycle — Build a retention strategy for LTV growth — Set up communications: email, push, SMS, in-app — Work with CRM/SaaS and support tools — Segmentation, personalization, lifecycle automation Monetization — Manage cross-sell, upsell, and promotions — Data-driven approach (cohorts, ARPU, ROI, funnels) — Align acquisition and affiliate with long-term customer value — Collaborate with commercial and product teams Leadership & Operations — Build and scale a team (up to 40 people) — Manage functional leads — Build processes, planning, reporting, and KPIs — Manage a 7-figure budget and forecasting — Report directly to founders and participate in strategy

📌 Our Expectations: — Experience with Tier 1 regulated markets (required) — Experience working in an iGaming operator (not just agencies/providers) — Deep understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory limitations in marketing — Practical experience in building and scaling affiliate programs — Experience in creating and managing large marketing teams — Strong understanding of unit economics: LTV/CAC, ROI, retention — Experience managing 7-figure marketing budgets — Understanding of SEO, media buying, affiliate tracking, CRM, and analytics (BI, cohorts, funnels, NGR, ARPU) — English - Advanced (C1+) — Ukrainian - Native
