🔥 We are looking for a Regional CMO — a marketing leader who can scale regional growth through acquisition, performance, and a data-driven approach.

We are seeking a strong growth/performance marketer with experience in high-risk B2C, who knows how to work with analytics, quickly test hypotheses, and effectively manage marketing investments. The main task is to increase the region's GGR by scaling acquisition channels and improving marketing efficiency.

What is important:

• Experience in high-risk B2C (iGaming, Betting, Crypto, Web3, Forex)
• Strong expertise in performance marketing and acquisition
• Experience managing large marketing budgets
• Deep understanding of analytics, unit economics, and key metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV)
• Experience scaling working solutions and launching new channels
• Understanding of both performance and brand marketing
• High speed of decision-making and hypothesis testing
• Experience working with complex and developing markets

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for the region's GGR growth through marketing
• Scaling acquisition and developing marketing channels
• Managing performance, affiliate, influencer, CRM, and brand marketing directions
• Optimizing the efficiency of marketing investments
• Analyzing results and reallocating budgets based on data
• Adapting the marketing strategy to the specifics of local markets
• Launching and testing new hypotheses for growth
