Our client is a fast-growing international CFD broker with its own trading platform, mobile applications, and product team. Over the past year and a half, the company has been steadily growing and scaling its marketing in LATAM markets, and in the near future — in SEA, MENA, and Africa.

The company already has a performance team. Now it needs a leader who can launch and unite all marketing directions into a single system and prepare the company for the next stage of growth.

The position assumes strong expertise in Performance Marketing, first and foremost.

What you will do • Formulate the company's marketing strategy. • Scale performance marketing. • Develop CRM, Brand, and Affiliate directions. • Build a strong marketing team. • Launch new geographies. • Manage internal teams and agencies. • Personally participate in key marketing decisions.
