📈 Responsibilities:
- Development, testing, and optimization of prompts for launching new clients
- Configuration of AI agents (prompts and integrations) to accelerate client onboarding to the trial period
- Creation and maintenance of a library of effective prompts for standardizing team work
- Ensuring high quality of AI agent responses during the onboarding and product testing phase
- Training the team on best practices for interacting with neural networks and preparing guidelines
- Feedback collection
- Analysis of AI errors (hallucinations)
- Prompt adjustment based on client specifics
📌 Requirements:
- Work experience of 1 to 3 years
- Experience in prompt development and optimization
- Skills in working with AI agents
- Understanding of the principles of modern neural networks
- Ability to analyze the quality of AI model responses
- Skills in preparing documentation and guidelines
- Analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
Will be a plus:
- Experience in setting up integrations for AI solutions
- Experience in training employees to work with AI tools
- Practical experience in reducing AI model hallucinations
