🔥 Lead Consultant for 1C:ERP UKH RSU Accounting Module Business trips: none Location: Russian Federation. Work format: Hybrid (2-3 days a week at the Client's office in Moscow) / 1 week a month from other regions. ⏳Schedule: Full time

💰Net salary: 250,000 - 300,000 RUB.

System: 1C:ERP UKH

Project Description: A large enterprise is migrating its financial operations from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP.UKH: statutory accounting, IFRS, internal control for tax monitoring — taking into account FSBU and current changes (including FSBU 9/2025 and IFRS 15). 10 branches, full implementation cycle, role of functional architect for the IFRS module — from target model to the first industrial closing.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience as a Lead Consultant for 5+ years
• Expert knowledge of the functional areas "Statutory Accounting" and "Tax Accounting"
• Excellent knowledge of the 1C: ERP UKH configuration or 1C: ERP at the Lead Consultant level, with an understanding of all registers, accounting model, settings, with experience in month-end closing, focusing on the cost accounting and production module: excellent knowledge of production documents and analytics (production order, production stages, DP&M, costing sheets, cost centers, expense items, resource specifications, etc.)
• Participation in a statutory accounting implementation project, from balance transfer to year-end closing.
• Experience in writing Terms of Reference, project solutions, conceptual design.
• Experience in full-cycle projects, including integration exchanges. From the survey stage to commissioning.
• Desired experience migrating from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP.UKH
