🔥 Team Lead 1C:ERP UH Operational Module Business trips: none Location: RF. Work format: remote ⏳Schedule: Full time

💰Net salary: 250,000 - 300,000 RUB.

Project essence: Transition from 1C:UPP system to 1C:ERP UH. Technology stack: 1C:ERP UH. Team: More than 10 people (financial and operational units, consultants, developers, functional and technical architects, PMO, RP).

🛠 Tasks and scope of responsibility Management and Mentorship: Organizing the work of the operational unit team, task control and planning, mentorship. Combining managerial functions with personal participation in implementation ("playing leader"). Requirements Management: Formalizing requirements for 1C:ERP UH in the area of operational unit process customization (Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality Control, Production, Master Data, Integrations). Architecture and Design: System configuration for the operational unit, as well as design, testing, and handover of 1C:ERP UH developments to the client. Migration and Training: Data migration planning and execution, user consulting and training.

💪 Professional competencies and mandatory skills Management Experience: Experience leading a team of 5 or more people, project and team management skills (mandatory). Specialization: Deep experience with 1C:ERP UH field and direction. Stack Knowledge (functional blocks): Sales, procurement, production, quality control, warehouse and logistics, master data, integrations. System and Business Analysis: Ability to collect and formalize client business requirements. Systematic requirement formalization: data modeling, hypothesis testing in the system, diagram modeling, defending implementation options with pros and cons. Understanding and ability to describe requirements in the form of functional specifications and diagrams ( BPMN, UML notations). Development Interaction: Setting technical specifications for developers, conducting internal testing, and properly documenting feedback.

1C Technical Knowledge: Understanding access rights organization and experience in modifying standard roles. Knowledge of metadata architecture, object relationships, and 1C algorithms. Experience in designing complex developments.

Soft Skills: High level of communication, stress resistance. Conducting master classes on working in the system, demonstrating developed functionality to the client, knowledge transfer in the form of instructions. Education: Higher education.
