Project Description:
A large enterprise is migrating its financial accounting from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP.UX: statutory accounting, IFRS, internal controls for tax monitoring — considering FSBU and current changes (including FSBU 9/2025 and IFRS 15). 10 branches, full implementation cycle, the role of a functional architect for the IFRS module — from target model to the first industrial closing.
❗️Tasks:
- Leading the development of methodology, business processes, and project solutions for the IFRS module: modifying standard configuration, integrations, feasibility assessment, comparison of options (advantages, disadvantages, risks).
- Modeling and demonstrating processes on a database copy with real-world cases; configuring and preparing the system for the Client's processes.
- Defending project solutions to the Client: which needs are met, specifics and risks of each option.
- Collecting and analyzing detailed requirements based on modeling and demonstrations.
- Designing enhancements; analyzing and evaluating consultant project solutions.
- Assigning tasks to 1C analysts and developers in terms of logic, algorithms, and metadata of 1C:ERP.UX (registers, catalogs, documents, etc.).
- Testing enhancements: scenarios and conducting functional / UAT testing for IFRS.
- Training and consulting key users; supporting period-end closing and input to production environment.
- Designing the target IFRS model and closing regulations in conjunction with statutory accounting, master data, and branch structure.
- Managing the functional scope of the IFRS module.
❗️Candidate Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of the functional areas "IFRS" and "Statutory Accounting", backed by practice: registers, configurations, accounting model and methodologies in 1C:ERP or 1C:ERP.UX.
- Expert knowledge of IFRS and RSU/GAAP → IFRS transformation practices (adjustments, provisions, deferred taxes, revaluation, currency differences).
- Knowledge of IFRS standards, including current changes (FSBU 9/2025 "Revenue" considering IFRS 15).
- Practical experience implementing 1C:ERP / 1C:ERP.UX for IFRS accounting and reporting: configuration, posting control, reconciliations with RSU/GAAP and auditor, period-end closing.
- Experience implementing the IFRS module: from accounting policy and chart of accounts to the first industrial closing and audit support.
- Experience participating in full-cycle projects (discovery/modeling → design → implementation → testing → training → OPE / PE) as a functional architect.
- Experience designing solutions on the 1C platform; deep understanding of 1C:ERP / 1C:ERP.UX architecture and functionality for organizing the financial contour.
- Experience adapting accounting methodology to the capabilities of 1C:ERP / 1C:ERP.UX.
- Proficient use of task management tools: SOW, FT, project solutions, protocols, JIRA (or equivalent).
- Ability to formulate requirements for 1C analysts and developers with unambiguous rules for reflection and reporting (programming not required).
- Experience working in project teams of 10+ people.
- Presentation skills, analytical thinking, results-orientation, ability to work in a team and with the end client.
