Seeking a strong Production Manager to manage an operating gold mining enterprise in Kazakhstan.

We need an operational leader who can:

— manage gold mining production and ensure production targets are met; — have a good understanding of open-pit mining and heap leaching technology; — manage the enterprise's production and financial performance; — work with limited resources and make quick decisions; — build a strong production team and establish effective processes; — be responsible for results and the accuracy of plan-vs-actual indicators.
