UDS Gold is the gold mining division of the UDS group holding. Since 2019, it has been involved in geological study, exploration, and mining of placer and hard rock gold. The main assets are concentrated in the richest gold mining regions: in the Perm Krai, Sverdlovsk, Irkutsk, and Magadan Oblasts, Zabaykalsky Krai, as well as in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Responsibilities:

• Build operational management from scratch
• Be responsible for the full cycle — from exploration to processing
• Work in the field and make decisions during the season
• Manage the economy, cost price, and staff (~20 people)

Requirements:

• Experience in the mining industry
• 3+ years of successful management of placer assets
• Experience working in the Far North
• Practical knowledge of overburden, mining equipment, licensing legislation
• Skill in achieving KPIs in seasonal conditions
