We are Panic Driven Development. We are a relatively new company, but we have been working together for a long time: we have worked side-by-side on dozens of projects, gone through various challenges, and learned to understand each other without words. At some point, we decided to combine our experience and expertise in one place to create truly cool products.
Our company provides services in custom development, outstaffing, design and prototyping, analytics and data work, technical support, testing, and quality assurance.
It is important for us to create scalable technological products that help businesses move forward. We quickly dive into projects, build processes, and deliver results – this is the philosophy from which our name, "Panic Driven Development", was born. ** "Panic Driven Development" – we don't put out fires, we work right in the middle of them!**
We are currently looking for a Technical Writer (Middle/Senior).
We are working on a large ITSM / Service Desk platform for a government client. The system is actively developing: new modules, integrations, a complex role model. We need someone who will take on all project and operational documentation – from the Technical Project documentation according to GOST 34 to user manuals.
Your responsibilities will include: • Developing project documentation according to GOST 34: explanatory note, description of automated functions, software description, technical requirements document (ЧТЗ), and other documents for the Technical Project. • Writing operational documentation: user and administrator manuals, deployment and configuration instructions. • Preparing documentation for testing: test procedures, preliminary and acceptance test protocols, reports. • Describing APIs in OpenAPI / Swagger format. • Preparing acceptance documentation: acceptance certificates, pilot operation reports. • Collaborating with analysts, developers, and the client to gather information and coordinate documents. • Maintaining documentation up-to-date as the system evolves.
We will be a good match if: • You have 3+ years of experience as a technical writer in IT projects. • You know how to work with regulatory requirements and the structure of project documentation – even if you don't know GOST 34 by heart, you understand how to write such documents and where to find the necessary standard. • You understand the specifics of working under 44-FZ. • You can handle a large volume of technical requirements and translate them into readable documents. • You want to grow and develop with us in a young team of experts. • You want to work in an accredited IT company in a comfortable environment (we are remote), planning your own work schedule. We also consider cooperation under self-employment (IP).
It will be a plus if you have: • Knowledge of GOST 34.201, GOST 34.602, understanding of the structure of the Technical Project according to GOST 34. • Experience in preparing documentation for government agencies or projects under government contracts, including formal acceptance by a government client. • Knowledge of GOST 34.003, GOST R ISO / IEC 12207. • Experience working with ITSM / Service Desk systems. • Understanding of ITIL processes. • Experience in writing API documentation. • Proficiency in Confluence, Jira.
