To conquer new heights, our team needs a Project Manager with a huge desire to help clients, create the best working conditions for the team, and find common ground and solutions even in the most difficult situations.

Your responsibilities will include:

— Managing technical projects for large brand support; — Discussing details and negotiating with clients; — Coordinating team work (developers, testers, analysts, etc.), assigning tasks, and monitoring their deadlines and quality; — Defending proposed solutions to the client; — Estimating and planning projects; — Maintaining project documentation.

We are a good fit if you:

— work within the Moscow time zone; — know the full cycle of web development; — have experience with cross-functional teams of 5-10 people (analysts, FE\BE, QA, designers, content managers, DevOps); — are proficient with spreadsheets, Kanban boards, and Gantt charts, understanding where and what is best to use; — are skilled in estimations and can work with project budgets (cost estimates, plan vs. actuals); — know CMS at a user/administrator level - BUM, Filament/Laravel (or similar); — have experience with Git and understand the release process with different environments and CI/CD (at a manager's level); — understand client-server architecture (also at a basic level); — have experience with front-end stacks - React\Astro.js; — have basic knowledge of APIs (Swagger + experience in task assignment is a plus); — are comfortable working with uncertainty (no technical specifications, budget mismatches, fluctuating deadlines, etc.).

It will be a plus if you have:

• skills in using Figma;
• experience with task trackers;
• a genuine interest in web development.
