Holyweb is a service IT company. For 6 years, we have been creating corporate systems and services for IT holdings, retail, fintech, and logistics companies.
We are breaking down myths about outstaffing and taking care of our employees: we match interesting projects with interested developers, share expertise within the company, and maintain a comfortable working atmosphere.
Now we are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst for one of our new projects.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and defend the product vision and success metrics for digital services in the supply chain domain — be responsible not only for how to implement a task, but also for what is being built and why.
- Initiate and launch services from scratch (0→1): from hypothesis and MVP to launch, release, and development — including readiness for unsuccessful experiments and quick revisions of solutions.
- Conduct fast, agile Discovery: high-level User Stories, Use Cases, and acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization by impact, effort, and deadlines — without excessive heavy regulatory documentation.
- Regularly interact with the client and key stakeholders: conduct meetings, document agreements, manage expectations.
- Design differentiated interaction scenarios with counterparties of various scales — from a simple user interface for small suppliers to programmatic integration (API) for large partners.
- Describe and analyze AS-IS / TO-BE business processes with an emphasis on creating a new, improved version of the process, rather than a digital copy of the old one.
- Formulate task descriptions for a small cross-functional team (5–10 people) working at a fast Agile/MVP pace.
- Monitor project deadlines, risks, and budget, and promptly inform the client and team about changes.
- Organize the acceptance of implemented functionality, conduct demonstrations of results, and collect feedback for iterative product development.
- Maintain up-to-date, light but sufficient project documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in creating at least one digital service or product "from scratch" (0→1) — a mandatory requirement; readiness to discuss not only successful but also unsuccessful experiences.
- Practical understanding of product metrics — experience in independently defining, justifying, and tracking product success metrics (not just project deadline and budget metrics).
- Product Manager experience of 3+ years in IT projects; experience in custom development or working with internal business clients will be an advantage.
- Practical experience in performing business analyst functions: gathering, analyzing, formalizing, and agreeing on requirements.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders and internal clients.
- Experience in managing deadlines, risks, changes, and project scope.
- Basic technical literacy: understanding the principles of API, REST, JSON, and XML.
- Ability to establish interaction between the client, analysts, developers, designers, and testers.
- Responsibility for results — both product and project: for deadlines, quality, and whether the final product solves a real business problem.
Bonus points:
- Experience in implementing IT projects for industrial construction or related heavy industries.
- Understanding the specifics of supply and supply chains: interaction with manufacturers, contractors, installation organizations.
- Experience in designing different levels of integration for partners of different scales (user interface for small counterparties, API integration for large ones).
Conditions:
- Inevitable professional skill development;
- Work on high-load, actively developing services with complex business logic and many engineering challenges;
- Opportunity to propose and implement your idea on how to improve a service or new functionality;
- Opportunity to work in large, renowned companies on projects with a modern stack;
- Cooperation format: Civil Law Contract or employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Work format: hybrid, Moscow;
- Work in an accredited IT company;
- HolyRelax bonus program;
- Competitive salary.
