We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the project office of a large technology company. The specialist will manage complex cross-functional IT projects, independently delve into the business context, develop solution concepts, and be responsible for the implementation of initiatives from idea to release.

The project office is at the center of key business changes and launches initiatives at the intersection of development, product, marketing, finance, legal, and operational teams. The role involves not only managing timelines and resources but also directly influencing project content, participating in concept development, and making decisions at the intersection of business and technology. Technology landscape: Go, Angular, REST, SOAP, Kafka, Jira, Confluence.

✔️ Main tasks: • Full-cycle project management — from idea generation to release. • Independent collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements. • Development of solution concepts and assessment of their technical and business feasibility. • Coordination of work across multiple departments and stakeholders. • Formation of project teams in collaboration with the Delivery Manager. • Project support at all stages of the lifecycle. • Identification, assessment, and management of project risks. • Control of deadlines, quality of implementation, and achievement of business goals. • Management of multiple projects simultaneously. • Deep dive into the product, business, and technical components of projects.

✔️ Our expectations: • 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects in B2C. • Experience in full project lifecycle management — from planning to launch. • Understanding of modern information system architecture. • Experience with integrations and complex technical solutions. • Skills in independent collection, analysis, and formalization of requirements. • Experience interacting with business customers and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. • Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and make independent decisions. • Strong critical thinking and developed analytical skills. • Willingness to deeply dive into the product and technical components of projects.

Nice-to-have: • Experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst. • Participation in infrastructure and integration projects. • Experience with high-load systems. • Understanding of microservice architecture, REST, SOAP, and Kafka. • Technical education.
