What needs to be done
- Manage the team. Develop the frontend team (hiring, onboarding, mentoring, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews);
- Design the architecture of frontend applications;
- Implement and maintain code quality standards;
- Conduct Code Reviews;
- Participate in sprint planning, decompose tasks, and estimate deadlines;
- Build a transparent feature delivery process;
- Coordinate interaction between teams (Backend, DevOps, technical product managers, designers) for API design and UX scenarios for infrastructure management.
We expect you to have
- At least 5 years of commercial development experience with React and at least 1 year of experience in team lead/tech lead roles;
- Fluent in TypeScript (strict typing, generics, utility types, etc.);
- Deep understanding of the React lifecycle, hooks, UI design patterns (Compound Components, Render Props, etc.);
- Proficient in Git: use GitFlow, perform merge/rebase, and resolve complex conflicts;
- Understand containerization principles and be able to read and write Dockerfile and docker-compose;
- Experience with state managers (Redux Toolkit / RTK Query / Zustand or similar);
- Write and configure Unit tests (Jest / Vitest);
- Experience setting up Vite / Webpack.
Will be a plus
- Experience with WebSockets;
- Experience implementing code editors (Monaco Editor for YAML/JSON or similar) with validation and syntax highlighting;
- Experience with charts and metrics (Recharts, ECharts, D3.js or integration with Grafana);
- Experience developing UiKit.
