Representation of the CRM Team at QIC to design integrations, define system logic, and ensure reliable data flows. The CRM Team builds a core system that supports the full sales lifecycle — from lead management to deal closure — enabling sales teams to work more efficiently through centralized data, automated processes, and continuously evolving product capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for CRM (Creatio) and related integrations
- Breaking down tasks from Product Owner and stakeholders into clear, actionable items
- Designing integration solutions (REST APIs, external vendors, Web/Mobile data flows, BigQuery pipelines)
- Defining tasks for backend, frontend, CRM, and external vendors (API specs, contracts, data models, business logic)
- Collaborating with development, QA, Data, and business teams to ensure aligned solutions
- Working with external vendors: aligning requirements and monitoring implementation
- Conducting acceptance testing of CRM and integrations (API validation, data flow checks)
- Investigating and troubleshooting integration issues and data inconsistencies
- Supporting implementation and ensuring system stability across integrations
- Maintaining and updating documentation in Confluence (APIs, data flows, processes)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems or Business Analyst, preferably in integration-heavy environments
- Strong experience with APIs and integrations (REST, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman)
- Experience with CRM systems (Creatio / BPM Soft / Terrasoft)
- Understanding of data flows, data modeling, and SQL; experience with BigQuery or similar DWH is a plus
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and system integration patterns
- Experience with BPMN, UML, ER diagrams and tools like Miro, Draw.io, PlantUML
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Strong English for technical and business communication
