We live in different time zones, but we are united by one goal — to create devices that inspire millions of enthusiasts around the world. We are currently working on our third product and are looking for people who are ready to become part of this story.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale Flipper’s paid acquisition engine and help drive sustainable revenue growth across global markets.
We create gadgets for people who value technical excellence and exploration. Reaching this audience goes far beyond traffic acquisition and campaign optimization. That’s why we expect someone who can develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, and markets, and translate those insights into effective acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other relevant channels
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency
- Manage external agencies and marketing partners, evaluating performance and sourcing new vendors when needed
- Build and scale the performance marketing function as the company grows
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Acquisition roles
- Fluent English and Russian
- Proven track record of managing and scaling significant advertising budgets
- Deep expertise in paid media platforms, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization
- Experience working across international markets, particularly the US, EU, and UK
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Amazon advertising and marketplace ecosystems
- Experience with Kickstarter, crowdfunding, or product launch campaigns
