My name is Elena, and I lead the international accounting department at Flowwow. Our tasks involve building a transparent, accurate, and predictable system of financial and tax reporting in all countries where we operate. I work at the intersection of accounting, taxes, law, and operational management to ensure every process is formalized and complies with the requirements of different jurisdictions.
The international accounting department was established in 2024, and we continue to build it as a unified system – modern, structured, and robust. Much has already been done, but there is still significant work ahead in automating, simplifying, and strengthening our processes.
What we already have:
- a basic international accounting model (UAE, EU, CIS) and expansion plans;
- a tax control structure for key business flows;
- established processes for preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and interacting with local providers.
We are currently looking for a specialist who thinks beyond the scope of a single country, understands financial and tax interdependencies, and can work in a multi-layered international environment. We value individuals with a high sense of internal responsibility and self-organization, who can be reliable team players, loyal and development-oriented.
