Online exam preparation school 100Bally Repetitor is looking for a Literature Methodologist.

100Bally Repetitor is a fast-growing EdTech company with five years of history and billions in revenue, the #1 platform for student exam preparation results.

The team is creating a freemium platform for preparing for the Unified State Exam (EGE) and the Basic State Exam (OGE). Students solve problems, receive hints, theory, step-by-step solutions, and personal assistance within the simulator. The product is based on a question bank, interactive simulators, and AI tools that help students learn faster and deeper. You will be the owner of the subject within the product: developing the question bank, improving the educational logic of the simulator, and helping to build the best digital experience for exam preparation.

Key tasks:

• Subject management within the product
• Creation and development of EGE/OGE question bank
• Verification of the relevance of questions and formats according to FIPI
• Writing step-by-step solutions and hints for the simulator
• Creation of short theoretical blocks
• Development of test selections and practice sets
• Quality control of educational content
• Analysis of typical student errors when solving problems
• Implementation and configuration of AI agents for producing educational content (questions, solutions, hints, theory)
• You will also analyze data on tasks (error rate, difficulty), improve explanations, and participate in the development of simulators and the product's educational logic

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of one EGE/OGE subject
• Experience in creating educational materials or tasks
• Understanding of the exam structure and FIPI requirements
• Ability to explain complex things simply

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with standardized exams (EGE, OGE, or similar)
• Experience in developing exam questions or practice materials
• Interest in AI tools and automation of educational content production
