This is not for show in a presentation. It means the product has ambitions to go far beyond Kazakhstan – and we need someone to lead it there. The immediate goal is to become a unicorn from Kazakhstan.
Responsibilities:
- Look beyond your screen: trends, global players, competitor moves
- Write technical specifications that leave no questions: PRDs and User Stories that the team flies with, not stumbles over
- Think in metrics: Activation, Retention, Conversion, ARPU – not a report, but your pulse
- Together with Top Management, form the product strategy and long-term vision
- Dig for the truth in CustDev: analyze customer experience and identify real user problems
- Don't believe hypotheses, verify them with experiments and A/B tests
Requirements:
- Product Manager experience of 5+ years, preferably 2+ years at a Senior level
- Proven experience in launching, developing, or scaling digital products with measurable results
- Experience with B2B SaaS products is desirable
- Deep understanding of product analytics, growth metrics, unit economics (LTV, CAC, ARPU, etc.)
- Experience in fast-growing startups will be a big advantage
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for the results
