About the project: We are assembling a new team with the opportunity to have a real impact on solution architecture, as well as on team selection and formation. The team will be integrated into the existing, well-established processes of the credit factory. On the project: • Development and production cycle processes are established; • All project documentation is kept up-to-date; • Large community of Pega developers; • Friendly atmosphere; • Onboarding with a mentor for new employees; • Introduction of the team to all existing production cycle processes and work organization.

Responsibilities: • Software development in accordance with internal client requirements; • Software development; • Analysis of incoming tasks for optimal solutions, estimation of effort, adherence to deadlines; • Testing implemented system functions; • Fixing software defects; • Software setup and configuration in accordance with client requirements; • Consulting and technical support on the functioning of the developed software; • Practical learning and implementation of new information technologies, improving the quality of developed software; • Deployment of developed software and integration with other bank systems.

Requirements: ✔️ SSA (Senior System Architect); ✔️ Pega development experience of 3+ years; ✔️ Excellent knowledge of BPM; ✔️ General knowledge and skills in Java.
