Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze product requirements (PMS, booking module)
- Formulate and prioritize tasks for feature development
- Prepare clear technical specifications for development and design
- Describe user scenarios (user flow, CJM) and system logic
- Participate in development: answer team questions, clarify and refine tasks
- Interact with users: conduct interviews, gather feedback
- Analyze metrics and post-release results, suggest improvements
- Document decisions and prepare materials for the team and related departments
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience as a business analyst or in a similar role in IT companies
- Ability to write clear technical specifications and structure information
- Experience interacting with development, design, and other teams
- Skill in collecting and analyzing requirements, prioritizing tasks
Will be a plus:
- Experience in TravelTech/e-commerce/SaaS
- Understanding of product analytics and metrics
- Testing experience (QA)
- Skills in process visualization and prototyping
