Description
We are looking for a manager with a focus on projects in the field of employee motivation to join the Methodology team of the Motivation and Care Division: performance evaluation, base compensation, incentive schemes (short-term, long-term, different personnel categories and tools), LTI programs, analysis of compensation systems, etc.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- participate in grading projects for new structures
- conduct job evaluations
- participate in the development of compensation structures in the Group's subsidiary companies
- collect and prepare analytics on employee compensation, compare with the market
- develop policies and regulatory documents regarding remuneration for subsidiary companies
- verify and approve compensation data in accordance with the established Group standards
- prepare calculations, model new compensation schemes for subsidiary companies.
Requirements
Our requirements:
- higher education in economics
- work experience in C&B from 3 to 5 years in large companies
- advanced level of Excel proficiency
- ability to "read the numbers" and form an understanding of the situation through data.
An additional advantage will be:
- work experience in consulting
- experience in grading and developing salary ranges
- skills in applying AI in professional activities (e.g., GigaChat, Kandinsky)
- skills in working with SAP HR.
