We are looking for a talented HR Analyst who will help our business teams make effective decisions based on in-depth analytics and objective HR data. Responsibilities
What you will do:
- collect, consolidate, and analyze HR data (headcount, turnover, hiring, performance, engagement, etc.)
- prepare regular management reports and dashboards for HR and managers
- formulate analytical conclusions and recommendations for making management decisions
- support HR projects with data: evaluating effects, searching for insights, modeling scenarios
- work with data sources: Excel/BI systems
- control data quality, participate in developing HR metrics and analytical approaches.
Requirements
What is important to us:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR analytics
- confident command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- experience with SAP is a plus
- understanding of key HR metrics and processes
- analytical thinking, ability to work with large volumes of data
- ability to use neural networks in work.
