HR Analyst in FinTech

The HR Analytics team is looking for a colleague and friend. We need a person who will help prepare reports and presentations faster and more efficiently, implement and optimize processes, and analyze HR metrics.

What tasks await you

Data analysis and change You will analyze employee headcount, number of vacancies and offers, and process requests for changes to employee information in systems when changing departments, offices, legal entities, and in other cases.

Headcount control You will control employee headcount and monitor key HR metrics — hiring, attrition, organizational efficiency, and others.

Data visualization and statistics You will prepare personnel statistics, work with business and HR BP requests, visualize data, and automate processes.

We expect you to

• Have a higher technical or economic education
• Have worked as an analyst, financial analyst, or HR analyst for more than a year
• Work with large, unstructured datasets
• Excel in Excel: know Pivot, VLOOKUP, create complex formulas
• Think systematically and analytically, can clearly convey your ideas to others
