Job Description
Appbooster is one of the leading AdTech companies in mobile marketing and experts in promotion on AppStore and Google Play. We have been on the market since 2013 and are among the industry leaders. Over 13+ years of work, we have attracted users to 10,000+ applications. Your smartphone likely contains apps from our clients: Skyeng, Kupibilet, Dodo Pizza, Lamoda, and many others.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our mobile B2C application team, where users receive rewards for completing target actions, as well as in-game events and level progression.
Essentially, it’s a whole family of interconnected products with a DAU of 20,000+. The mechanics behind it involve a complex technological part: tracking user actions in third-party applications, MMP integrations, attribution, and anti-fraud. Yet, for the user, it’s simple: complete tasks — get rewarded.
This is a role at the intersection of marketing and product: you influence user acquisition, engagement, and retention, and see the results of your decisions directly in product metrics. You will have the opportunity to work with unconventional game and viral mechanics, as well as participate in launching the product in international markets.
What you will do:
- Manage the complete marketing support of the product — from hypothesis formation and activity planning to launch and results analysis;
- Attract new users to the mobile application and develop acquisition channels;
- Monitor acquisition ROI and identify growth points for efficiency;
- Work with the current audience: develop user engagement, retention, and return, as well as reduce churn;
- Search for new traffic sources, launch tests, and evaluate hypothesis results;
- Collaborate with the product team to improve user experience and conversions at different funnel stages;
- Work with product mentions and reviews, identify areas for improving the user experience;
- Develop the referral program and search for new mechanics to attract users through the current audience.
What is important to us:
- 5+ years in product marketing: experience in developing and implementing product marketing strategies, market, competitor, and audience analysis;
- Mobile marketing and analytics: experience with mobile products is mandatory; understanding of ASO, ASA, in-app and incentivized traffic, familiarity with Amplitude, AppsFlyer, AppMetrica, deep links, and postbacks;
- Business metrics: data-driven approach, experience with DAU, MAU, CTR, CR, ARPU, CAC, ROI, and other metrics; understanding of unit economics and cohort analysis;
- CRM marketing: push notifications, trigger sequences, user segmentation, and reactivation;
- Product and UX: understanding of user experience and experience collaborating with product and design teams on UX and conversions;
- Creatives: setting tasks for designers and video makers, testing creative hypotheses, working with UGC and viral content;
- Advertising: understanding of the ad buying mechanics, sufficient to set tasks for buyers, work with media plans, and evaluate the results of web and in-app advertising campaigns;
- Marketing project management: planning, coordination, working with budgets, deadlines, and KPIs.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in developing referral programs: viral mechanics, referral economics, fraud protection;
- Content work: experience creating content, understanding of basic SEO (search + AI);
- Influencer marketing: experience working with communities and opinion leaders;
- Deep experience working with AI;
- English B1+.
We offer:
- freedom in choosing hypotheses, tools, and approaches;
- remote work format without location restrictions and flexible hours;
- voluntary medical insurance after 3 months of work;
- corporate Mac and necessary tools;
- systematic performance review process once a year and quick open feedback exchange;
- conditions for improving English: 30% compensation for language courses at partner schools (SkyEng or Skillbox) or with your own tutor, English speaking club led by an experienced teacher;
- compensation for external courses and training/upskilling programs with individual conditions;
- healthy and comfortable corporate culture: open and non-toxic interaction without hierarchies, transparent planning and decision-making processes;
- full onboarding and a team where there are opportunities to express yourself, propose ideas, and implement them;
- corporate gifts for birthdays.
