Bombora publishing house (Eksmo-AST Group) is looking for a Head Editor for the Culinary Department.
Bombora is the largest non-fiction publishing house in Russia. They publish applied literature in 16 thematic areas: from popular science, gaming, business books, to culinary, psychology, and child-rearing. They release 100 to 200 new books per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and publish book projects;
- Fill the portfolio with culinary projects;
- Search for Russian authors and foreign bestsellers;
- Organize the full cycle of new product releases (books, series, notebooks, and more);
- Participate in the development of the concept and structure of book projects in collaboration with authors and contractors;
- Come up with creative titles for projects and create design briefs for layout and artistic design;
- Research and analyze domestic and foreign book markets for potential trends;

- Experience in publishing (books or magazines) and understanding of editorial and publishing processes will be your advantage;
