The product editorial team is responsible for quality communication with our audience. One of the directions within the editorial team is texts for the support service: a knowledge base for operators with instructions for all occasions, response templates, and editorial policy.
The team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced editor to take the work with support texts to a new level and lead the editorial operational planning. You will be responsible for everything the editorial team writes for the support service: setting the quality bar, helping authors grow, and forming the editorial plan.
