Rambler is the first LLM portal in Russia, using artificial intelligence to interact users with content, and is among the top 10 most viral Russian-language media resources (Brand Analytics, 2025). It combines a news aggregator, entertainment and thematic media, useful life mini-services, and email. The monthly audience numbers in the tens of millions of users.
Responsibilities:
- Development of test cases;
- Manual testing of backend services (HTTP requests, migrations, message brokers);
- Writing and maintaining integration autotests (Java);
- Defect localization;
- Detailed description of steps to reproduce the defect;
- Review of documentation and analysis of requirements;
- Support and writing of documentation (bug reports, checklists, knowledge base);
- Interaction with developers.
What's important to us:
- 6-12 months of commercial manual testing experience;
- Solid understanding of testing theory;
- Ability to write complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL);
- Ability to read logs (and not trust them);
- Understanding of client-server architecture;
- Knowledge of REST API;
- Meticulousness and high standards for the quality of colleagues' work;
- Ability or strong desire to break what developers create.
Will be a plus:
- Ability to work in Postman;
- Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ;
- Experience with Git;
- Proficiency in Java.
