We are a fintech product that is actively scaling its affiliate program and is looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop GEOs. We need a person who confidently works with traffic, understands offer economics, and knows how to build long-term relationships with webmasters. ** What you'll be doing:** — Developing and scaling affiliate programs in GEOs — Connecting new offers and launching them — Searching for and attracting new webmasters, building systematic funnels — Developing and supporting the current partner base — Communicating with webmasters and assisting them with all issues — Controlling the quality and efficiency of purchased traffic — Managing traffic flows and reallocating them based on results — Reacting quickly to downturns and finding growth points

What's important: — Experience in affiliate / performance / fintech or related verticals — Understanding of metrics (CPA, CR, ROI, etc.) — Experience working with webmasters and affiliate networks — Strong analytical skills — Proactivity and result orientation
