Soyuzmultfilm is looking for an Art Department Coordinator.

The Art Department is seeking an attentive, systematic, and meticulous assistant – to ensure nothing gets lost, all deadlines are met, and materials reach approval in perfect condition.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the transfer of artistic materials for approval and ensure that the packages are complete and correctly formatted
- Maintain registers, status lists, and databases – including a database of specialists and candidate portfolios
- Coordinate meetings and calls of the art team: prepare agendas, record outcomes and agreements, distribute decisions to participants
- Monitor deadlines and remind about them, promptly highlight risks (overdue tasks, incomplete packages, pending approvals)
- Assist in preparing presentations, selections, summaries, and archives, participate in organizing competitions and specialized activities
- Ensure the storage and systematization of files, versions, and links according to established rules
Candidate Expectations:
- Higher education or incomplete higher education
- Attention to detail, meticulousness, systematic approach
- Ability to manage documentation, work with spreadsheets, databases, and files
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other basic tools
- Ability to focus on multiple tasks and build effective communication
- Experience in administrative, coordination, assistant, or production work in the creative industry – will be a plus
- Basic understanding of the animation production pipeline and the work of the art department – also an advantage
